We are a dynamic marketing company that houses the Follower to Fan Society, a membership that teaches business owners how to market their products and services in a genuine and intentional way.

We are looking for a contracted, Project Coordinator, in the US or Canada!

This is someone who can complete the following tasks:

–– Project Management: You love project management and can handle up to 3 projects at a time. You have done this for other clients and managing projects and people make you happy!   (see more below). You are comfortable managing projects related to marketing, launches, and content creation.

––  Manage Live launches: You live for a good launch and don’t mind working with the urgency and time crunches that can sometimes come with live launches. We are planning some live online launches coming up in the spring and summer. You have knowledge or experience with utilizing facebook groups and email marketing for launching products or services for an online business.

–– Write Kick-Butt project plans: You can write project plans like a pro in a project management software. You love Monday.com (or asana etc and can easily learn and work in a different project management platform). You are detail-oriented while still keeping your eyes on the big picture. If you don’t have the information you need, you know how to ask the right questions to get what you need.

–– Lovingly hold your people accountable: You are a leader and can take charge in a project. You are a great communicator and can take ownership of your projects. You tell your people their deadlines in advance, ask the right questions to see what else they may need, and provide that accountability. You know what to do if someone isn’t doing what you have assigned to them the first time to make sure that the project is completed on time.

–– Executing live events: You are open to managing an in person event (which you do not have to attend) and taking ownership of it. This could include managing communication plans for attendees, researching and booking vendors and venues, as well as purchasing items needed for the event.

–– You can write and understand “marketing and funnel speak”: You understand the online marketing space and are familiar with different online marketing funnels like webinars, marketing emails, etcetera. You live for a good funnel and can support in making it come to life and holding responsible parties accountable for their part.

–– Teamwork makes the dream work: You are excited to work inside of a company of many moving pieces and love collaboration.

–– You can think on your feet: You can adapt when plans or ideas change. While you have the project plan, you are okay making changes that are in alignment with the overalls goals. You can be flexible when plans change.

You live in the US or Canada

You love the online marketing space and are excited to manage those types of projects!

You are comfortable communicating with team through Slack.

You are obsessed with lists and project management software.

You are cool under pressure but can work with urgency in a launch situation (and you low-key love the occasional launch madness!)

You are excited to be the integral piece in making big projects come to life!

You love collaborating and working in a virtual team- the online world can be lonely sometimes!

You have done online live launches before and are eager to do some more!

You take INITIATIVE and are a natural self-starter.

You are available for weekly team meetings and can be on slack almost daily M-F

Checking things off a to-do list bring you joy.

You have excellent organizational skills- you know how to organize and manage yourselves and have a knack for helping others with this.

While you love the details, you can keep the big picture and goals in mind.

You never miss deadlines and love to be punctual (or you may even be the kind of person who often shows up early to your meetings and appointments!)

You are a critical thinker.

You won’t let a project stall just because you are missing a little bit of information– you keep the ball rolling as much as you can and will do what you need to do to get the information you need.

You are flexible and can adapt if plans change or something doesn’t go according to plan.

You know how to communicate the expectations and the outcome of a project and what you need to make that happen

You can lovingly hold people accountable and you understand that ultimately, the project is your responsibility

We are accepting initial applications from now until Thursday February 7th, 4 PM Central Standard Time.
